يُطلب تأمين مسترد بقيمة 150 جنيهًا إسترلينيًا للطلبات التي تتجاوز 200 جنيه، ويُعاد خلال 48 ساعة بعد انتهاء الحجز.
تُجهز المعدات داخل البنتهاوس قبل وصولكم، ويمكن ترتيب وضع التجهيزات المعقدة في الليلة السابقة عند الحاجة.
وفي حال حدوث ضرر، يتم التقييم بشكل عادل ومتناسب، من دون مطالبات مبالغ فيها للاستبدال.
