Optoma HD142X 1080p projector with 3000 ANSI lumens and matching projection screen. Available for meetings, presentations, and screening events where the 85″ 4K display is not the right format.

Lunch and refreshments from a curated local kitchen partner, delivered to the penthouse and laid out in the dining area. All dietary requirements handled in advance. The team stays on-site, stays fed, and keeps working.

Pack-down always runs longer than planned. Late checkout removes the pressure of a hard stop and gives your team the room to wrap properly, with no rushing the last shots and no leaving equipment half-struck.

Access from 7 am for complex setups, set builds, and art direction that needs to be ready before the rest of the team walks in. The space is yours, the goods lift is operational, and the lights are on.
