A content day asks for 6 to 8 distinct looks from one location without losing half the schedule to travel. The penthouse holds them. Main loft. Kitchen counter. Window wall. Terrace. Lounge corner. Dining area. Six visually distinct environments inside 250 m², each with its own light character, surface texture, and spatial feel.

Smart lighting turns a mood shift into four minutes, not forty. The RGB ceiling array holds scene presets, so the room moves from warm editorial to cool product to branded colour with a tap. The 35 m² rooftop terrace gives you outdoor lifestyle content without a travel call or a permit.

Why this space works for Brand Campaigns

Where the client sits decides the day. The 85" 4K display works as a live client monitor, sited off the shooting floor so the brand director can review frames without breathing down the photographer's neck. HDMI and USB-C inputs sit at multiple points. 1 Gbps Wi-Fi keeps tethered capture, real-time review, and cloud sharing with off-set teams running smoothly.

The kitchen earns its place as a content set in its own right. Counter surfaces, open shelving, and integrated lighting give you a ready-made environment for food, product, and lifestyle frames. Kitchen lighting runs on its own controls, so you can hold one mood there while the main loft sits in another.

Practical information

Book a pre-production visit. Your team walks the space, plans setups, measures surfaces, and briefs our on-site coordinator on access and logistics before shoot day. We include this at no extra cost on confirmed bookings.

A 10–15 person brand campaign crew has room to breathe. The floor plan holds simultaneous activity: shooting in the main loft, talent prepping in the changing area, client reviewing selects at the 85" screen. Wardrobe rails, steamer station, and makeup chairs all sit clear of the shooting area.

Most surfaces can be dressed, restyled, or stripped. Furniture is modular and moves freely. Brick walls, concrete columns, and steel beams stay where they are, so they shape the visual character of the space instead of fighting your art direction. We share a full surface and layout brief before shoot day.
