Natural light, 3.5 m ceilings, and zero corporate energy signal that something different is happening. 85" 4K display, ClickShare wireless presentation, 1 Gbps fibre, and ceiling audio handle the technical side. The 35 m² terrace serves as a breakout between sessions, and the kitchen keeps the team on-site all day.

The environment signals the day before the first agenda item. A fifth-floor industrial penthouse with natural light, 3.5 m ceilings, and arched windows is not another office meeting room. There is no ceiling grid. No fluorescent tubes. No identical chair around an identical table. The space tells your team that something different is happening, and they respond accordingly.

The technical infrastructure handles the rest. An 85" 4K display with ClickShare wireless presentation means any laptop or phone mirrors to the screen without cables. 1 Gbps symmetric fibre supports 30 simultaneous connections without latency. Ceiling-mounted speakers deliver even audio across the full 250 m² floor plan. Modular furniture reconfigures between sessions, moving from boardroom to breakout clusters to theatre in minutes.

Why this space works for Workshops

The terrace changes the rhythm of a workshop day. A 35 m² outdoor space with skyline views gives your team a physical reset between sessions, not a corridor or a fire escape, but an actual environment that breaks the pattern of indoor concentration. Teams that take breaks on the terrace consistently return sharper to the next session.

The kitchen changes the energy of an offsite. A full kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee, and filtered water replaces the vending machine and the sandwich delivery. Your team stays on-site, stays fed, and stays focused. Catering can be arranged through a local partner or brought in directly by your team.

Practical information

Three standard layouts are available: boardroom (single table, up to 16 seated), workshop clusters (breakout groups, up to 30), and theatre (rows facing the 85" display, up to 30). The furniture is modular, and reconfiguration between sessions takes less than ten minutes. Custom layouts are available on request.

Teams arriving by car can park within a two-minute walk, with spaces bookable in advance. Old Street station (Northern Line) is four minutes on foot. The building has step-free access from ground level via the goods lift. The full address and arrival instructions are shared after booking confirmation.

The space provides the 85" 4K display, ClickShare wireless presentation system, ceiling audio, 1 Gbps fibre Wi-Fi, whiteboards, flip charts, markers, filtered water, and fresh coffee. Teams do not need to bring AV equipment, adapters, or extension cables. Catering, printed materials, and branded stationery are the items most teams choose to arrange separately.

Capacity & configurations

Six configurations, one space. The penthouse adapts from a standing reception to a seated dinner to a theatre-style presentation, without a venue change. All layouts can be set up or reconfigured on the day.

We brought the leadership team here for a two-day strategy offsite. The natural light and the absence of corporate meeting-room energy completely changed the quality of the conversation. The 85-inch screen and fast Wi-Fi handled presentations without a single issue.
