Minimum booking is 3 hours. Half-day (4 hours) and full-day (9 am–6 pm) sit at the centre of most diaries. The environment signals the day before the first agenda item lands. A fifth-floor industrial penthouse with natural light, 3.5 m ceilings, and arched windows is not another office meeting room. No ceiling grid. No fluorescent tubes. No identical chair around an identical table. The space tells your team something different is happening, and they show up to it.

The technical infrastructure carries the rest. An 85" 4K display with ClickShare wireless presentation mirrors any laptop or phone to the screen, no cables. 1 Gbps symmetric fibre holds 30 simultaneous connections without latency. Ceiling speakers cover the full 250 m² floor with even audio. Modular furniture reconfigures between sessions, moving boardroom to breakout clusters to theatre in minutes.

Why this space works for Workshops

The terrace shifts the rhythm of a workshop day. 35 m² of outdoor space with skyline views gives your team a real reset between sessions. Not a corridor. Not a fire escape. An actual environment that breaks the pattern of indoor concentration. Teams that step out here come back sharper.

The kitchen shifts the energy of an offsite. A full kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee, and filtered water replaces the vending machine and the sandwich tray. Your team stays on-site, stays fed, stays focused. Use a local catering partner through us, or bring food in yourselves.

Practical information

Three standard layouts sit ready: boardroom (single table, up to 16 seated), workshop clusters (breakout groups, up to 30), and theatre (rows facing the 85" display, up to 30). The furniture is modular, and reconfiguration between sessions takes under ten minutes. Custom layouts on request.

Driving in? Park within a two-minute walk, with spaces bookable in advance. Old Street station (Northern Line) is four minutes on foot. Step-free access runs from ground level via the goods lift. We share the full address and arrival instructions once your booking is confirmed.

The space comes with the 85" 4K display, ClickShare wireless presentation system, ceiling audio, 1 Gbps fibre Wi-Fi, whiteboards, flip charts, markers, filtered water, and fresh coffee. Leave the AV bag at the office. No adapters, no extension cables. Catering, printed materials, and branded stationery are the items most teams arrange themselves.

Capacity & configurations

Six configurations, one space. The penthouse moves from standing reception to seated dinner to theatre-style presentation, without a venue change. We set up and reconfigure on the day.

We brought the leadership team here for a two-day strategy offsite. The natural light and the absence of corporate meeting-room energy completely changed the quality of the conversation. The 85-inch screen and fast Wi-Fi handled presentations without a single issue.
