How direct booking works

A short scoping conversation leads to a clearer quote and a smoother day.

01

Share the brief

Send the date, format, timings, headcount, and any access notes. If you found the penthouse via a venue platform, you can reference the listing.

02

We review the scope

We confirm fit, availability, and any details that affect quoting.

03

You receive the quote

The quote is shaped around the booking window, team size, and any support required.

04

Confirm the date

Once approved, a 50% deposit secures the booking and terms are issued in writing.

Venue platforms are useful for discovery. Direct booking is the clearest way to scope the day and quote it accurately.

Most direct enquiries are answered within 24–48 hours.

Choose the right enquiry route

Direct booking works best when the brief is scoped honestly from the start: venue only, venue plus production support, or a more managed event-format enquiry.

01

Penthouse Hire

For teams bringing their own crew or event lead, and wanting the penthouse clearly quoted as venue hire.

At a high level: Venue hire, core in-house infrastructure, and quoting shaped to timings, access, and occupancy.

Why choose it: The clearest route when the space itself is the brief.

02

Penthouse + Production Support

For shoots and content days that benefit from hands-on venue support.

At a high level: Penthouse hire with pre-production guidance, equipment staging, layout input, and access to the on-site catalogue.

Why choose it: Best when the day needs practical support without moving into a fully managed production.

03

Managed Booking

For events, presentations, and layered bookings that need several elements scoped together.

At a high level: Venue hire shaped around catering liaison, layout changes, equipment, extended hours, and day-of support where required.

Why choose it: The right route when the booking needs tighter coordination from the outset.

Common booking questions answered clearly
