Industrial architecture reads on camera the way a white-box studio never will. Exposed brick, raw concrete, steel beams, arched windows. Depth, texture, and tonal range in every frame, without set dressing, art direction, or a production designer on the call sheet. The space hands you the visual grammar. Your team writes the story.

Load full production rigs straight to the fifth floor through the goods lift. Your private entrance keeps the public out of frame, no exception. These are the small logistics that decide whether your shoot day runs clean or loses an hour before the first take.

Why this space works for Film & Video

The building does the sound isolation for you. Five storeys up, street noise drops away. The concrete floor kills resonance and vibration from neighbouring spaces. Crews record clean dialogue and voiceover here without supplementary acoustic treatment. When the day calls for playback, the ceiling speaker system handles performance-heavy and music-driven shoots.

Smart lighting blankets the floor in RGB and tunable white, all from one app. What you see on set is what lands in grade, so your colourist starts closer to the finish line. HDMI and USB-C drops sit at multiple positions for client monitor feeds and live review. 1 Gbps Wi-Fi keeps real-time footage transfer, remote client sessions, and cloud editing moving without lag.

Practical information

Your booking confirmation includes a detailed access plan and layout brief, so each department can map setup, monitor positions, and crew movement before the truck pulls up.

The structural steel beams take lightweight rigging up to 15 kg per point, after a pre-production assessment. We keep clamps, safety cables, and basic rigging hardware on hand. Heavier loads go on freestanding truss or overhead frames inside the 3.5 m ceiling clearance.

Production vehicles park within a two-minute walk, with ground-level loading direct into the goods lift. The nearest NCP car park is five minutes away on foot. We share the building address and vehicle access instructions once your booking is confirmed.

We needed a London location for a three-camera interview setup with fast turnarounds between talent. The 63A power meant zero compromises on lighting, and the fifth-floor setting gave us clean audio without additional soundproofing.
